Wooo-Hooo! We purchased a brand, spanking new barbecue grill today! Now I can REALLY get down to business! Time to get it good an seasoned. And I can’t think of anything better to use than good, ol’ hickory wood!
And after I spent most of the morning and afternoon seasoning the grill and burning the oil off, we had to give our new grill it’s first task – RIBS!
